Wynta solstice is a small, operated business down here in Boonwurrung land in Gippsland, Australia.
Wynta solstice is a place for connection & nurturing. We honour the women’s cyclical changes throughout the months by adding ingredients into our porridge so it can nourish you through any stage of your cycle.
We make sure to cater to specific needs for women such as aiding in breast milk production for post pardon Mumma’s and to help ease uncomfortable mood fluctuations while on your bleed.
The benefits towards women’s hormones from certain foods definitely doesn’t get enough attention or credit! I think the effects off food on our bodies goes unnoticed more often than it needs to!
